Supplyframe is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to join our rapidly expanding marketing team. The person will own process and analytics across all of our demand generation programs including execution of the programs leveraging our marketing automation system and other applications in our growing technology stack. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast growing SaaS company and to influence and shape your own job description as we are growing.

The Marketing Operations Manager will engage directly with our marketing program managers to understand campaign objectives and offer best practice feedback to maximize effectiveness through data insight. You are experienced in analyzing data in order to identify the relevant targets, design and implement segment-specific campaigns, and allocate resources to achieve the highest ROI. Further, you are well-versed in designing and optimizing an efficient marketing automation stack.

This position will be located in Pasadena, CA.

Details
  • Develop, QA, and maintain marketing automation, procedures, SLA’s, programs and technical workflows in our Marketing Automation platform.
  • Manage strategy and data governance for marketing campaign related data and activities in marketing automation and CRM systems
  • Develop weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for executive insight to marketing performance
  • Develop and refine existing processes and systems to collect and analyze demand generation plan details, expectations, and reporting of results
  • Optimize dynamic lead scoring models
  • Manage marketing technology stack including overall plan for utilization and regular health checks.
  • Review results of campaigns and work with the respective campaign owners to identify beneficial improvements within the overall go-to-market approaches with particular attention to identifying and exploiting B2B demand generation best practices.

Requirements
  • 4+ years of marketing experience working a B2B environment (technology/software industry is preferred)
  • Extensive experience using Marketing Automation tools (Enterprise B2B MarTech experience preferred e.g. Hubspot, Klaviyo, Drip.io, Acton)
  • Deep experience in CRM, including implementation, administration and reporting (preferably Salesforce.com)
  • Knowledge of use and implementation of popular third-party integration applications to CRM and Marketing Automation solution
  • Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills. Ability to think critically and make optimization decisions based off of data
  • You have your finger on the pulse of MarTech and can proactively suggest new technologies we could benefit from.

Supplyframe is looking for an experienced product marketing leader (Director or Senior Director) with experience in building and leading teams and driving go-to-market strategy to take SaaS solutions to market. In this position, you’ll build and lead a Product Marketing team that brings new products and services to market, drives competitive & market intelligence and collaborates with our product R&D team to influence the roadmap. You’ll work closely with product, sales, demand generation, content, and marketingleadership to drive our product positioning into the market. You possess a record of success in SaaS, software or technology product marketing environments, delivering measurable results. A background in ERP, Order Management, Supply Chain or quoting applications and industry experience within the electronics components or hardware industry is a plus.

You are a senior marketing coordinator or seasoned marketing manager looking for your next big challenge.
