You are a senior marketing coordinator or seasoned marketing manager looking for your next big challenge. In the last few years, you’ve rolled up your sleeves in the B2B (also B2C is ok) side of all things drip and lifecycle marketing. You didn’t have a team that did all the work - you did the work with your team.

You have a strong background in B2B, high performance based marketing funnels.

Your love of email marketing, push, SMS is undying e.g. you like clean optimized performance-based CTAs and getting your hands dirty with data to find conversion nuggets of gold … in no particular order. Behavioral drip marketing is something you love.

Funnel audits don't make you cringe; it makes you excited. Your versatility is second to none. You can concept, create, learn, optimize, and execute the entire lifecycle funnel. HTML tables and responsive design is your proverbial sidearm; few can keep up with your copywriting wit.

And as mentioned, can take an idea and run, not walk.

And preferred that you are interested in electronics; we work in a niche space so extra brownie points to those with a demonstrated interest in our subject matter.

DETAILS
  • Should know and follow all current email, push, SMS, and general down-funnel marketing trends.
  • Copy recreation from other sources is a no-no. We love original copy based on targeted personas.
  • Excited to grow, flexibility to succeed. There’s no “right” answer, just many paths to success.
  • Create automated email, push, SMS, in-app chat, and general behavioral drip campaigns to nurture leads to MQL to SQL to conversion.
  • High attention to KPI-driven, data-backed marketing. We live and die on data; it must be #1 accurate and #2 impactful. No vanity metrics exist here.
  • Landing page CRO junkie - utilize Unbounce to build and create pages to ease conversion.
  • QA campaigns for full match-back and attribution, goes without saying you have a high attention to detail.
  • Provide support with Supplyframe's overarching brand image and feel.
  • Able to take direction and criticism.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities
  • Monitor and report on end user satisfaction.
  • Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
  • 3+ years of experience in a digital marketing role consisting of email, retention, behavioral drips or more.
  • Comfortable with a wide range of CRMs and ESPs. Salesforce, Hubspot, Act-On preferred.
  • Ability to code light table based HTML/inline CSS and make edits to HTML email templates.
  • A basic Photoshop ability for light copy edits and movement of assets.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to balance multiple projects across various aspects of the business.

We are looking for hungry “Challenger Style” Inside Sales Representatives who are looking to grow their career and explode their income. As an ISR for our SaaS-based products, you will drive new business opportunities by qualifying, managing and closing sales opportunities in new accounts.
DETAILS
  • Own all aspects of the sales process on defined opportunities including ongoing qualification, product demonstration, evaluation, and most importantly, closing new customers.
  • Target, develop, and prioritize a pipeline of opportunities that rapidly turn to wins.
  • Know key SaaS metrics inside and out and, use them to help you close deals.
  • Never let a lead get cold. Get in touch. Follow up. Repeat until the win!
  • Get to the bottom of objections, and squash them.
  • Show off the power of our products through online demos and prospect trials.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly weekly/monthly/quarterly quota objectives.
  • Keep your manager off your back by updating the company CRM with all sales activity to ensure accurate forecasting and deal history.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Proven track record as a sales Inside representative including over-achievement of sales revenue goals, accurate pipeline and forecasting management, and a strong desire to ensure customer success.
  • Understanding of consultative sales process and loves the Challenger Style selling model.
  • 1-2 years of quota beating, Inside sales, experience in the technology sector.
  • SaaS selling to B2B industries a plus.
  • Exemplary communication skills, coaching skills, and demonstrated good business judgment are required.
  • Understanding of the cloud computing business model and enjoy selling to a technical audience and building mutual trust.
  • Proven ability to embrace a solution-oriented approach to selling, ensuring your customers receive value from the products they buy from you.
  • Strong ability to listen first.
  • Ability to balance competing priorities and manage multiple deals at the same time.

As a Platform Engineer you will get to work on various aspects of Supplyframe infrastructure powering experiences for millions of engineers all over the word. Our platform is built on top of Open Source project such as Hadoop, Lucene, Solr and based on Java, Ruby and Clojure.
REQUIREMENTS
  • MS in Computer Science or related engineering discipline
  • Extensive experience with Java server-side programming (j2ee/framework experience doesn't count :))
  • Strong foundations in algorithms, data structures and distributed systems
  • Open Source project contributions are a plus
  • Unix systems programming experience is a plus

As Front End Enginer you will get to work on a wide range of new products changing the way engineers do research, share knowledge, design and build new hardware. Our Front End technology stack is build on top of Node.js, Backbone and Angular.js.

As Site Reliability Engineer you will be responsible for managing large-scale infrastructure, discributed across multiple physical data centers and cloud providers, hosting Supplyframe platform and all of the products.
