Director of Sales Operations, SaaS

Summary

As the Director of Sales Operations, SaaS you will lead the effort to link Supplyframe’s SaaS strategy to execution through sales force productivity. You will develop, implement, and manage essential SaaS sales functions, including planning, financial modeling, quota setting, sales policy, headcount, sales compensation design, enablement, training, and technology tools. You will report to the Chief Sales Officer – with significant cross-functional responsibility with key stakeholders. The position is based out of Supplyframe’s HQ in Pasadena, CA.

Responsibilities
  • Provides thought leadership to the sales organization and counsel to the CSO.
  • Designs and implements key metrics to define optimal performance measurements and performance management programs required to ensure sales organization success.
  • Aligns reporting, training, and incentive programs with performance management priorities.
  • Establishes high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in planning, forecasting, and budgeting approaches used by the sales organization.
  • Responsible for equitably assigning sales force quotas and ensuring Supplyframe’s SaaS financial objectives are optimally allocated to all sales channels and resources.
  • Partners with senior sales leadership to identify and successfully implement opportunities for sales process improvement.
  • Prioritizes investments in enabling technologies in support of sales organization productivity.
  • Works closely with Accounting, Finance, and HR to establish and oversee the administration of sales compensation program and rules, policies, and procedures.
  • Develops and delivers enablement and training programs, including new account executive on-boarding.
Required Skills
  • Demonstrated success and experience managing the Sales Ops function in a SaaS/Enterprise Software environment, including SaaS financial modeling, planning, sales process & methodology, enablement, training, headcount planning, and on-boarding.
  • Strong leadership skills and people management experience
  • Demonstrated experience successfully leading cross-functional projects
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Proficiency in identifying and measuring best practice sales and marketing execution SaaS metrics.
  • Experience with evaluating and implementing the RevTech stack, including CRM, forecasting/pipeline management tools, and lead gen tools. Experience with Salesforce a plus.
  • Four-year college degree from an accredited institution.
