Steve Flagg
Chief Executive Officer

Steve Flagg is the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Supplyframe which he launched in 2003. He drives the vision and strategy behind Supplyframe’s pioneering Design to Source Intelligence platform for global manufacturers and suppliers, which is transforming how people and businesses design, source, market and sell products across the global electronics value chain. Before founding SupplyFrame, Steve was VP of Sales & Business Development at eConnections, a cloud-based supply chain management platform. Previously, Steve ran business units at distributors Avnet and Marshall Industries.

Mike Placido
Chief Financial Officer

As CFO, Mike Placido leads all accounting and finance functions for Supplyframe, as well as human resources, risk management, compliance, and administration. His career began with Arthur Andersen and includes C-level positions at large organizations and venture backed start-ups. His journey with Supplyframe started in 2005. Since then, Mike has assembled a diverse global team as the company has grown. He graduated from USC with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and an MBA in Corporate Finance. He is married with two boys, also USC grads, and enjoys running, hiking and golfing.

John Schirmer
Chief Revenue Officer, Digital Media and Ecommerce

John Schirmer is Chief Revenue Officer for Digital Media and E-commerce at Supplyframe. Schirmer is responsible for all revenue-generating sales processes and execution for Supplyframe’s Media business, and has been building and growing successful sales organizations for more than 20 years. Prior to Supplyframe, he held various sales leadership positions at Yahoo!, Reed Elsevier, and Hearst Communications. With a focus on family and competitive drive, he lives by the following saying: “Personal Growth, happiness and success occur when what you think, what you say, and what you do are aligned.”

Ben O'Rourke
Chief Sales Officer, DSI Solutions

Ben O’Rourke is Chief Sales Officer, DSI Solutions, at Supplyframe. His experience includes enterprise software sales, go-to-market leadership, general management, and global operational leadership. Before Supplyframe, Ben held sales leadership roles at companies like SAP and Plex, and retired from the U.S. Marine Corps after 24 years of service as an officer. O’Rourke holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and English from the University of Notre Dame, and a master’s degree in Strategic Studies from the U.S. Army War College. He lives with his wife and 2 children in Los Angeles.

Richard Barnett
Chief Marketing Officer

Richard Barnett is Chief Marketing Officer at Supplyframe. He brings more than 20 years of experience in strategic marketing, sales, and product management of innovative supply chain software solutions. Prior to joining Supplyframe, he held senior roles at leading solution providers such as LevaData, GT Nexus, E2open, Microsoft, and i2 Technologies. He holds a bachelor’s degree in political science and a master’s degree in international policy studies from Stanford University. Having visited over 50 countries, Barnett is excited for future explorations once it becomes possible again.

Aleksandar Bradic
Chief Technology Officer

Aleksander Bradic is the CTO of Supplyframe, where he addresses a wide range of unique challenges in Machine Learning, Distributed Infrastructures, Computational Advertising, and Vertical Search. In his role, he builds innovative, data-driven user experiences that transform the day-to-day workflows of millions of electrical engineers. Prior to joining Supplyframe in 2013, Bradic was the Chief Data Architect at Vast.com, as well as a Technical Advisor for Embly. He holds a MSc in Computer Engineering from University of Belgrade and a MSc in Quantitative Finance from University of London.

Sarah Rich
VP Operations and Customer Success

Sarah Rich is VP of Operations and Customer Success at Supplyframe. She has spent her career building global teams, processes, and standards of excellence. Sarah is most proud of getting Supplyframe off the ground as the third ‘Framer in 2003, and has been instrumental in shaping the company direction and culture. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Michigan State University. After college, she made her way to the west coast to manage customer-facing teams in recruiting and electronics distribution. When not in California, Sarah can be found traveling the world.

Ivan Lazarevic
VP Engineering

Ivan Lazarevic is the VP of Engineering at Supplyframe. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Belgrade. His specialties across JavaScript, Node.js, Express, PHP5, HTML, CSS3, W3C standards and XSS security, among other qualifications, allow him to realize our solutions as incredibly agile and purpose-built for the company’s clients. Prior to joining Supplyframe, he was a Front-end Engineering Team Lead for Vast.com, as well as a Senior Web Developer for IQ Studios.

Alex MacDougall
VP Samacsys

Alex MacDougall is the founder of SamacSys, a company acquired by Supplyframe in 2019. He brings over 15 years of experience in EDA software, technical sales, circuit design, and business development in the Electronics industry. Prior to founding SamacSys in 2011, MacDougall looked after Mentor Graphics’ UK Software distribution business. Following a military career, he went on to work for companies like Nokia, CSR, Sky and ARM. He holds an international racing driver’s license and has a private pilot’s license. He is excited to fly himself to the next Electronica when such events reopen.

Loic Biarez
VP Product Marketing

Loïc Biarez is the Vice President of Product Marketing at Supplyframe. Loïc holds a master’s degree in electronics engineering and embedded software. His belief in the strategic importance of purchasing led him to create Buymanager, which was acquired by Supplyframe in 2019. His thirty years of experience includes roles in R&D, purchasing management and industrialization, and deployment of several ERP systems. Convinced that the digital transformation of purchasing is a formidable lever for performance, he is enthusiastic to contribute to this evolution.

Allen Hong
General Manager, Greater China and Asia Pacific

Allen Hong serves as General Manager for Supplyframe in the Greater China region. He brings over 20 years of experience leading technology sales and operations for both public listed companies and software start-ups in Asia, and acts in key roles in successful launches, turnarounds, and growth strategies. Hong was the General Manager for Bom2Buy before it was acquired as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Supplyframe. Hong holds EE and ORIE degrees from Cornell University. He is passionate about helping Generation Z, who have keen ideas for fixing and improving what troubles the society most.
